In 2020, we all experienced a major change - the pandemic. For many of us, this change brought about a shift in priorities. For me, this meant prioritizing my #wellness and self-care. In just 6 months, I lost over 50 pounds by changing my eating habits and incorporating daily exercise. I also invested in quality health supplements, workout classes, and wellness seminars. This lifestyle change resulted in a better quality of life for myself. I #encourage you to start prioritizing your own wellness today. #Commit to doing at least one thing each day that will better your lifestyle, whether it's trying a new #skincare routine, enrolling in a #gym, trying a new wellness #supplement, or practicing daily #meditation. Remember, it all starts with you. Set the standard for your own self-care and see the #positive impact it can have on your life.

Social Media’s Influence on Healthy Living and Body Image Positive Impact: Access to Free Info: Free workouts, nutrition tips, and wellness advice from experts. Community Support: Online groups offer motivation and accountability. Inspiration: Success stories and fitness challenges push people toward healthier lifestyles. Negative Impact: Unrealistic Body Standards: Photoshopped, idealized images fuel unattainable expectations. Comparison Trap: Constant exposure to "perfect" bodies leads to negative self-image. Disordered Eating: Diet culture and extreme trends can trigger unhealthy behaviors. Conclusion: Social media can promote both healthy habits and harmful comparisons. Balancing inspiration with self-acceptance is key. What's your take—positive influence or negative impact? #HealthyLiving #BodyPositivity #UnrealisticStandards #SelfLove #FitnessJourney #DietCulture #MentalHealthMatters #SocialMediaInfluence #Wellness #BodyImage

Millions of people suffer from the same problem. So much so that they believe getting heavier with age is NORMAL, and cannot be reversed. That is not true - The Opposite is! - Losing Weight - Regaining Optimal Fitness - Being Healthy and without any Ailments It is achievable at any age. I am living proof, as are the hundreds of clients I’ve successfully coached back to excellent health and fitness. For Example: 1. At age 45, I was 96 kg, on 10 heavy prescription medications, and I had a stroke. 2. That was the point I realized I had to change, or I would not live much longer. 3. Therefore, I studied nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits and learned how to train my body effectively and efficiently. 4. That turned my life around and saved it too! 5. Now, at age 54, I am 70 kg (and have been so since 2016), and I’ve been on zero medications since 2016 also! If you want to turn your life and health around in only 2 to 3 months - 100% naturally - I suggest you contact me and join my monthly program. It works for everyone, all the time if you are disciplined and stay the course with me. We’ve all heard the saying, “You can’t pour from an empty cup.” Still, it's super common to see many people consistently putting others needs before themselves. But here’s the thing - when you're worn out, you're really not giving anyone your best. This includes your family and your friends. For myself, when I get caught in this trap of just neglecting my own health & fitness, this even extends to my clients! Now the tricky part is figuring out how to prioritise your own needs in a way that doesn't short change the needs of those that depend on you most. And this can often include learning how to establish boundaries with them, helping them to help themselves better and even just out right turning down things that you know you are not comfortable with. Is this uncomfortable and difficult to do? 100% yes! But it's so important to communication and life that we often see relationships suffer when this isn't taken care of. At the end of the day, those who truly love you and care for you will want to see you happy, healthy, and rested… Just like you would want for them. Did you need to hear this today? If so… 👉Save this post and follow me for more support on your way to a healthier and fitter life! #Fit4Life #Fit4LifeSG #Health #Fitness #Mindset #Nutrition #Coaching

We’ve all been there at some point.😅 You make a choice that is great for you, but the people around you don’t seem to understand that. 🫠 You choose to not indulge in higher calorie foods, and opt for healthier options.🥗🍗🍓🥦🍠 You choose to get a workout instead of do a happy hour.🏋️♂️🏋️♀️ You choose to go to bed early instead of go out with your friends. 😴 You choose to weigh your food servings to help optimize your calorie intake.⚖️ People will initially question and say something about your choices because they don’t understand what you’re doing. It’s out of the norm to them!🫥 I want you to know that this is completely normal, and not to let it stop you from continuing to make better choices!🫡 A lot of the time when people question your choices that are for better health, it is because they are dissatisfied that they aren’t making choices to better their own health.🥺 And honestly, you have every single right to make better choices for your health!🙌 Eventually the same people who are asking you why, will be asking you how??😁 So who cares if the healthy choices you make don’t fit everyone else’s agenda, keep going and let the results speak for themself!📈 Need help making better health choices with a sustainable health and fitness program?
