    🎄🦓 Happy holidays from your favourite Zebras 🎄🦓 Last week we had our Christmas night out, celebrating a huge year for us: 🎉 Our sales team held over 1,000 demos with companies looking to make their background checking processes delightful 🎉 Our customer success team handled 17,000 live chats with a 56 second average response time (!) and 70,000 emails! 🎉 We welcomed 37 new hires into Zinc, out of 10,000 applicants 😱 🎉 The marketing team's campaigns got over 27 million impressions 🎉 We scored the top spot on Tempo's "Super Start-Ups To Work For" list, and our very own Bel Germon was won their best recruiter award 🎉 Our lovely customers wrote 4,000 positive reviews 🥹 Watch this space for 2025... 👀

    Paper 🖐️ scissors ✌️ rock 👊 have you ever seen such an intense battle? A highlight from the IHR - In-house Recruitment awards was Sam Norman hosting the very important paper scissors rock battle. Big thanks to everyone who took part, we know it's high stress but we loved watching Ana-Maria Stefuriac take it home in the end. We had a remarkably similar paper, scissors, rock competition at this year's retreat, game faces and all. The night was packed full of insights from our three innovative speakers. We heard how: 🚀 Annie Jackson spearheaded a drive towards radical transparency at Cleo 🚀 Marley Andrews developed a "TA-as-a-service" model to share with teams across 18 global HelloFresh markets 🚀 Charlotte Egan launched a "Talent Optimisation + Data" team inside John Lewis & Partners to understand our wonderful speakers for sharing their experiences and the wonderful Tom Jewell for being our moderator for the evening.
