Key Responsibilities: o Lead the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. o Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization’s staffing needs. o Collaborate with department managers to identify current and future hiring needs. o Supervise a team of recruiters and coordinate recruitment efforts to ensure timely fulfillment of open positions. o Ensure a positive candidate’s experience throughout the recruitment process. o Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports using SAP and other HR systems. o Organize and participate in recruitment events such as job fairs and career days. o Oversee background checks, reference checks, and offer negotiations. o Stay updated on current recruitment trends and best practices to attract top talent. · Qualifications & Skills: o Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. o Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. o Excellent communication and organizational skills. o Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. o Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. o Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. o SAP system experience is preferred. o Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies and candidate evaluation. o Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. o Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple recruitment campaigns. o Residents of Sheraton, Masr El-Gedida, Nasr City, or nearby areas are preferred. Job qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field. - +2 Years Proven experience in the TA & Training. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Understanding of HR principles and practices. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus. - Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Hello connections It came to my attention in the last period how we here in Egypt deal with the job titles specially what i see in linkedin Few days ago someone applied for a recuiter job so I viewed his cv to check if he is has the required qualifications for the job or not i saw the last title he has is Recruitment specialist and he wrote at the top of his cv that he is a human resources specialist and in his LinkedIn profile his title is Talen Acquisition Specialist so i got confused And when i open linkedin to follow up about what’s new and the updates i see posts for a lot of people the posts show how professional and knowledgeable they are but when i look at the title he or she has the title is written even wrong ! I just want to say that your title is very important and making sure that it’s written correctly is a big matter as it shows how professional you are and makeing sure that you write the right title you have and know what does it mean not just writing any title and you don’t even know what it means or what it does #Job_Tiltles
