The White House announced that federal agencies were required to designate chief AI officers #CAIO “to ensure accountability, leadership, and oversight” of the technology...and every business owner should do the same. The key for an SMB is to find a CAIO who can effectively bridge the gap between technical #AI expertise and business acumen, especially with limited resources. This doesn't have to be a full-time position; it's perfect for a fractional role. It does not necessarily need to be a machine learning engineer or data scientist. They just need to understand how to apply existing AI tools and technologies to different parts of the business. For an SMB, the CAIO's priority should be identifying opportunities to deploy AI to automate processes, improve efficiency, and drive new business. I'm extremely curious and excited about learning how innovative small and scaling companies are integrating this new role into their existing functions. https://lnkd.in/gQiSfPmG

2024 marked another great year of adjustments and innovation at InEight. We kicked off with a fresh launch of our re-engineered InEight Schedule solution, followed by a similar revisiting of InEight Document. While both of these platforms are familiar to long-term InEight users, this year's renewed efforts saw a refined approach to expand our messaging, be more prescriptive in our capabilities, and make it easier for organizations to navigate their transitions. This fall saw the first significant rebrand in InEight’s history. Our Marketing team worked diligently to understand InEight’s core identity and the value we present to our customers, delivering a new look that better represents us across the industry. We hosted InEight Innovator events around the world to strengthen our community and provide our customers with a platform to share their learnings and innovations; Our team met hundreds of industry leaders across dozens of conferences and gatherings and connected each of our customers with the tools they needed to execute their complex projects. Heading into 2025, we’re eager to continue meeting our customers on their terms, in the places closest to them, and with the tools that best meet their needs.
