Associate - Sustainability

Salary - Euro 65,000 - Euro 75,000 / £65,000 - £75,000

Location - London, Amsterdam, Paris or Frankfurt

Overview:

This role will be joining the Sustainability Team of a leading global infrastructure fund manager who have a strong focus on sustainability and value creation through investments in renewable energy and digital infrastructure. As part of the growing team, you will contribute to the development of sustainability initiatives, reporting, and regulatory compliance across their global portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead data validation for GHG reporting within the proprietary Sustainability Engagement Program.
• Enhance ESG data collection and contribute to regulatory reports (e.g., CSRD, SFDR).
• Support Net Zero alignment efforts within portfolio companies.
• Develop and monitor ESG action plans alongside the investment team.
• Manage annual sustainability reports and GRESB assessments for various funds.
• Assist with ESG due diligence for new investments.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sustainability, reporting, or finance.
• Strong knowledge of GHG Protocol; relevant certifications preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in sustainability, business, or a related field.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with databases or Power BI is a plus.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to work independently, detail-oriented, and strong teamwork skills.
