AI Data Scientist AI/ML (Previous pharmaceuticals experience)

Fully remote - Europe based

1 Year contract

We are seeking an experienced AI Data Scientist with a strong background in deep learning and a passion for hands-on coding and modelling. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy models that solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy deep learning models to tackle business problems.
• Perform hands-on coding in Python, R, or similar programming languages to build scalable AI solutions.
• Research and implement the latest advancements in AI and deep learning techniques.
• Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to integrate models into production systems.
• Continuously optimise and refine models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Communicate results and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in data science, with a focus on deep learning and AI.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other deep learning frameworks.
• Strong understanding of neural networks, CNNs, RNNs, and other deep learning architectures.
• Experience with large datasets and deep learning model training at scale.
• Incredibly hands-on in coding, data wrangling, and model development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical AI solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI model deployment is a plus.
