Swiss-based VC fund is a $150M VC fund focused on early-stage technology companies (incl. Deep Tech, B2B SaaS, EdTech). The fund operates with a Swiss-based asset management company and has investment vehicles structured in the Cayman Islands and Delaware.
We have offices in Zurich, Singapore, Abu Dhabi and Bremen with the ability to work remotely (negotiable).
WHAT YOU’LL MAINLY DO:
Financial Control and Reporting
Shadow accounting
Review and approve Net Asset Values and Financial Statements prepared by external service providers, including monitoring performance and rationalizing NAV movement within the portfolio.
Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and timely delivery of regulatory reporting.
Obligation monitoring for the whole lifecycle of the fund.
Data Management and Operational Support
Fund operations-related data collation, validation, and review for reporting.
Maintain clean data setup within systems and keep organized document files.
Assist third-party partners associated with our registered funds, including auditors, fund administrators, and custodians, by coordinating workflows and reviewing deliverables.
Stakeholder and Process Management
Manage relationships with external providers, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and adherence to timelines and deliverables.
Foster open communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Due diligence and investment team support
Providing full exploratory and confirmatory financial due diligence to the investment team
Requesting and monitoring of all financial metrics of portfolio companies, working closely with the investment team in these regards

Paralegal related experience in implementing projects at a large scale is a plus.
Relevant 5+ years’ experience in accounting, controlling and ideally fund operations
It would be a plus if you have:
A professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, ACCA)
Familiarity with the Swiss financial landscape and regulations
