JinkoSolar US Inc is seeking candidates with a strong work ethic, capacity to get things done independently with consistent performance in a fast paced, energetic and enthusiastic environment for the Comparative Finance Analyst position. The duties of the position gathering, analyzing, and interpreting financial data of companies and industries to evaluate the performance of businesses and compare them with competitors. This position reports into the US Finance Business Manager.
Essential duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, providing decision support and financial advice.
- Conduct competitor analysis, comparing the financial performance and business metrics of the company with other companies in the same industry.
- Evaluate the creditworthiness of potential and existing customers and vendors by analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data.
- Assess risk factors and make recommendations regarding credit limits and terms.
- Monitor customer and vendor accounts to ensure compliance with credit terms and identify potential issues or risks.
- Monitor, track, and report on all company expenses, Develop and maintain expense forecasts to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Participate in budgeting and financial planning processes, providing advice and support to management.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to gather relevant data and information.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments.
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary financial information and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address financial challenges and opportunities.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years working experience relating to financial analysis and/or credit analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of credit risk assessment methodologies and financial regulations.
- Solid communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.
