Location: Onsite from Glendale, California. (will need to travel twice per week to various locations)
Duration: Temporary Contract
Pay Rate: $25/hr + mileage reimbursement
This opportunity provides exposure to an enterprise technical environment. Candidates will be paid for time driving between sites and reimbursed for mileage(must use own vehicle). Position offers autonomy to exercise subject-matter expertise and make technical decisions with little to no oversight. Driving would be on an as needed basis. You would report to Glendale every day and in the event that we needed someone to visit one of our branch locations they would be dispatched. This might only happen once or twice a week. The offices are as far north as Valencia, as far east as the Coachella Valley and as far south as San Diego.
Requirements:
2+ years of Desktop Support experience.
Experience configuring and testing desktop systems with limited supervision.
Thorough understanding of ACD system and trouble ticket process to provide problem resolution and coordinate with other units.
Ability to use Desktop standards and follow guidelines, as well as help others interpret policy.
Additional Preferred Experience:
Excellent organizational skills to maximize effort and time.
Demonstrated problems-solving skills to ensure quick and efficient problem resolution.
Aptitude for providing excellent customer service
Basic knowledge of project management to act as team member
Good communication, problem solving skills and telephone etiquette.
