EFI is seeking an Events intern to join the Global Marketing team to provide support to the Events Services Team during the summer of 2024. The position will be an important member working with EFI internal and external groups and will assist with providing exceptional support throughout the summer programs. The Events Intern reports to the Director, Worldwide Events.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Work with the events team to ensure that summer events and tradeshow programs are supported appropriately.
Duties will be distributed upon hiring and are expected to be completed within the time allocated.
Complete and convey accurate information on tasks assigned.
Communicate effectively with internal and external team members.
Be available by phone, email, virtual meetings to work with both internal and external team members.
Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must be pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree.
Basic computer skills required: e. g. Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
Must be able to convey written and verbal information effectively to colleagues
Must possess a service orientation – actively looking for ways to help others.
Self-starter, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Highly efficient team player, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
