Front Desk Receptionist (Law Firm Experience)

We are conducting a search for a motivated and reliable Front Desk Receptionist with prior experience in a law firm to join a well-known legal firm in New York.

As the frontline ambassador of our law firm, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our office runs smoothly and clients receive exceptional service. As part of our collaborative culture, you will have the opportunity to work alongside like-minded individuals and contribute to our mission of delivering top-tier legal services to our clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Warmly welcome clients to our office and ensure their needs are met promptly.
  • Efficiently schedule appointments and manage calendars using Microsoft Outlook
  • Handle a high volume of calls, directing them to the appropriate parties with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments and walk-ins in our visitor log.
  • Organize and prioritize incoming correspondence, labeling them appropriately for case management.
  • Assist with outgoing mail and ensure the front waiting area is well-maintained and stocked.
  • Provide general office support and assist with various projects as needed.
