STORE Capital Advisors, LLC is seeking a team orientated, self starter with credit analysis experience to join our Portfolio Management team.
How you will contribute to STORE’s mission:
The Investment Analyst is part of STORE’s Portfolio Management team responsible for reviewing and analyzing tenant financial statements for STORE’s existing $10 billion portfolio and supporting the underwriting of new transactions. The Investment Analyst has strong organizational skills and is team oriented with exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
What Will Make You Successful (Qualifications)
0-4 years of work experience in commercial real estate or banking; at least 1 year of credit analysis preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business, Finance, and or related area required.
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and or curriculum preferred.
Ability to understand and interpret sophisticated corporate financial concepts, including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements
Ability to think critically, prepare financial analysis and determine the creditworthiness of a company as a tenant
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Self-starter with the capacity to work independently while possessing a team attitude and willingness to learn.
Effective at time and task management
Ability to work under tight deadlines, prioritize and deliver quality work under pressure.
What Most Days Will Include (Primary Duties)
Support efforts to underwrite, negotiate and manage single-tenant-net-lease exposure across the United States, which includes the preparation of detailed investment memoranda and presentation materials to Senior Management.
Analysis of property level and corporate financial statements for STORE’s existing customers as well as potential acquisitions.
Form and communicate investment theses as well as strategies to mitigate any risks across tenants and industries.
Work closely with Acquisitions, Real Estate, Special Servicing and Accounting teams.
Perform other duties and projects assigned by Senior Vice President, Portfolio Management.
