NTR Coordinator

Thirteenth Floor Entertainment Group is looking for an experienced, diligent, and

driven NTR Coordinator to join our team. This position will work across all

business units to help develop and manage relationships with outside vendors, assist with

collaboration on branding and creative ideas, and support the Director of Non-Ticketed Revenue

with overseeing the key data related to these areas.

world’s largest operator of Halloween themed live event properties and location-based entertainment

Responsibilities

Coordination, management and support of the following fields:

Food & Beverage Support

• Concessionaire management and communication
• Ensure all items and prices are as agreed upon per vendor agreement
• Collect sales reports
• Close out season (receive/review settlements and collect checks)
• Oversee implementation, development, and reporting for Point-of-Sale systems
• Ensure vendor quality control meets standards
  
  

Merchandise / Photo Support

• Work with on-site staff to ensure that all proper merchandising plans are executed
• Maintain and distribute inventory management reports (including consignment)
• Monitor and recap sales
• Provide support with merchandise planning, ordering, logistics and execution
• Work with on-site staff to ensure proper merchandising
• Assist with photo vendor relationships
  
  

POS (Point-of-Sale) Terminal Support

• SQUARE EXPERIENCE STRONGLY PREFERRED
• Manage Square backend and help with inventory build
• Assist with implementation and staff training of POS terminals
• Assist with reporting and reorders
  
  

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field -OR- 3+ years’ experience in a similar position with an
  
  

emphasis on event management and logistics

• Thorough understanding of 3rd party vendor negotiations and food and beverage relationships
• Able to create and manage sales and inventory reports
  
  

Relevant Experience with the following (or similar)

• Merchandising / retail experience
• Bar / restaurant experience
• Square knowledge
• Understanding of liquor licenses and food vendor agreements
• Basic camera / photo system knowledge
