What is this role?

As a Producer for Cirkul, you will be part of the production process, primarily focusing on sourcing props, creating shot lists, and ensuring that all necessary elements are in place for a smooth and successful production. This position requires a mix of creative vision, logistical expertise, and strong organizational skills to support the overall production goals.

What does an average day look like?

• Driving Results: Identify and source props required for each scene, ensuring they meet the creative vision and production standards. Ensure shot lists are comprehensive, clearly organized, and aligned with the storyboard and script.
• Taking Ownership: Identify, research, and source appropriate props for film, video, or photo shoots.
• Making Decisions: Make informed decisions swiftly and decisively regarding creative direction, resource allocation, and logistical planning to maintain project momentum and achieve production goals.
• Cultivating Relationships: Act as a department liaison to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Instilling Trust: Collaborate closely with creative teams to develop detailed shot lists that align with project goals and vision.
• Customer Focus: Actively engage with clients to understand their vision and objectives, ensuring that all production decisions align with their expectations and contribute to the overall success of their project.
  
  

What background should you have?

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Producer or similar role in film, video, or media production.
• Strong knowledge of prop sourcing, photography permits, and vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues on set.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools related to shot list creation and production management.
