Senior Payroll Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join our client's dynamic team. As a key member of their payroll department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for their clients. This role requires strong technical knowledge of payroll processes, attention to detail and the ability to handle complex payroll scenarios. Senior Payroll Specialist Responsibilities:

• Process multi-state payroll for a diverse client base accurately and on time
• Handle payroll inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local payroll tax regulations
• Prepare and analyze payroll reports for management review
• Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Stay updated on payroll best practices and regulatory changes

Senior Payroll Specialist Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in payroll processing
• Proficiency in payroll software (ADP, Workday, etc.) and MS Office, particularly Excel
• Strong understanding of payroll tax laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
