Breathe to create flow in areas of rigidity inspiration
- [Instructor] In this moment, I invite you to turn your attention inward. Begin to focus on your breath. Become aware of how you're breathing. The sensation of the breath moving through the body. Now begin to direct that breath. Breathe in and out through your nose leaving your mouth gently closed. Begin to breathe a breath with an exhale almost twice as long as your inhale. Breathe in fully, and as you exhale, exhale as slowly, as gracefully, as gently as you can. As you breathe this breath, put a color to your breath to give the mind something to focus on. See your breath as gold and light. And breathe just a few rounds of this breath. Breathe this breath into the heart. Expanding your chest. Let go with that long, slow, gentle exhale. Breathe into the diaphragm, expanding the diaphragm. Let go. With ease, soften your diaphragm. Slow exhale. Breathe into your belly button. Expanding your lower abdomen.…
