- [Instructor] I invite you to become comfortable in your chair, feet resting on the floor, hands in your lap. I invite you to close your eyes and bring your full attention to your body, to the experience inside of your body. In this moment, I invite you to begin to scan your body with a sense of curiosity. What's there? No judgment, just curious. And begin to explore by moving slowly down the head. Asking yourself, is there heaviness? Are there places of tension? Are there places where I can't sense anything, feel anything? Is there a temperature to this experience? Hot, cold, warm. Is there a frequency? Is it fast? Is it slow? Just ask these questions as we move through the inner experience of you. Look behind your eyes. Am I holding any tension there? Just be aware. The sides of your face. Down into your jaws. Am I clenching at all? Around the occipital, that ridge where the back of your skull…
