Introduction to emotions in the body
- In order to help you begin to really identify how your emotions are expressing in the body, I've included a PDF that was created in conjunction with a study about how we hold emotion in the body. The study was done between Europe and Asia. The idea was maybe it's based on culture. The answer was it's not. As human beings, we hold emotion in certain places. And so as you do the practice that we're providing this week please take a look and check in and begin to realize where you're holding certain emotional states, and use this PDF as a tool to assist you in that.
