Welcoming emotions to allow clarity and flow: Part 2
- To support you in beginning to welcome the emotions, I'm providing a PDF that you can download. And it shows that relationship between the initial experience in the body and then our resistance of it and how it is that that builds over time when we don't know how to welcome our emotions. So the fact of the matter is as long as we're inside of a human body, from time to time we're going to feel discomfort, we're going to feel pain. It's what it is to be human. When we resist that, however, that's stress and that builds. So when you look at the pdf, the first little tiny red box at the end, there's nothing we're ever going to do about that. But all of the rest, that's what we create inside of ourselves when we resist that initial communication. (gentle music)
