Every teacher wants a class full of excelling young minds. However, it does not come by magic. It comes with a price! Do you want this session to be different for you and your learners? Then: 1️⃣ Create an enabling environment for the learners. 2️⃣ Accept and take every learner as yours, and serve them the best at all times. 3️⃣Nurture them and give them all it takes to thrive. 4️⃣ Give them all the support it takes and help them to look forward to coming to school everyday. 5️⃣Listen to your learners. Get feedbacks from them and reflect about it. All these when you do, is like sowing a seed. As you sow, remember to keep watering! 📍The tiny seed will grow into a big tree someday! What other point will you like to add? Share in the comment section. Welcome to Day 2 of the new session!😁 Smiley Educational Support Foundation is cheering you on.💙 Which number of the points resonate with you more ? See you in the comment section.

Are you ready for lesson observations? It’s easy to view them as a threat, but remember, observations are focused on how the class is learning, not just on your teaching. Gavin Beart, Divisional Managing Director for Reed’s education division, shares some top tips for preparing for an observation: Focus on Student Engagement: Ensure your students are actively participating and engaged in the lesson. Clear Objectives: Have clear learning objectives and communicate them effectively to your students. Reflect and Adapt: Be open to feedback and ready to adapt your teaching methods to improve student learning outcomes. Showcase Best Practices: Highlight the best practices you use in your classroom to facilitate learning. Embrace observations as an opportunity to showcase your strengths and enhance your teaching practice! You can find them here: https://lnkd.in/ep9mTnq6
