As any legal professional in family law can attest, the environment is rife with high-conflict people and situations — and the hostile communications that inevitably result. Partner Anna Shadbolt, instructing Fiona Stewart of Queen Elizabeth Building, recently acted for the respondent in JL v NN [2024] EWHC 1489 (Fam), on a pro bono basis, as did counsel.
