The way we work, create and collaborate has changed…again. A few years back, remember when Teams became the standard in business collaboration and communication, now AI takes everything to a whole new level. The same principles that we were applying then, we follow today with AI: trust, security and compliance - in short, a professional way of using AI inside our own digital ecosystem (tenant), based on our own data access policies, while not moving an inch away from the governance rules inside Microsoft 365. This is why I believe Copilot is becoming the standard in business AI technologies, too. We, at Microsoft are here to support partners and customers towards this new AI development, same as we did till now with so many other technologies and platforms.

Worth reading - AI is here to stay and IDC report underlines the value. With our new product announcements and enhancements we are expanding our portfolio of solutions for customers across industries. Looking forward to discussing in more detail how Microsoft can support business process transformation with Gen AI.

Businesses are seeing $3.70 in return for every $1 invested in GenAI, with AI leaders achieving nearly 10x that, according to IDC new research. This data is definitely in line with the AI ambitions we’re seeing with our customers – for example, 70% of the Fortune 500 are now using Microsoft 365 Copilot to augment their employees.      This week, I can very much feel the excitement at Microsoft Ignite – our biggest customer and partner event of the year. Customers are accelerating AI deployment to optimize every part of their operations and build their own capacity for innovation.     We’re announcing 80+ new products and features, including new capabilities in Microsoft 365 Copilot, additions to the Copilot + AI stack and new Copilot+ devices offerings.
