"I could do it myself, 𝗜 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲." These were the words of a Sales Leader from a Series A scale-up in Europe. Since joining the business, he'd done all of his recruitment himself, with great success. However, this time it's 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁. We've just entered Q4, he wants to dedicate as much of his time as possible to his team, ensuring they push for a strong finish to the year.
