So let's talk about going beyond human capability. One of the advantages of having AI agents is that they can have features and skills that humans simply cannot. So here, for example, we're going to talk about the memory and scheduling features. So AI call agents can remember every single phone call happened. It can know the details of what happened within the phone calls. So if somebody calls back, it's able to access that directly in real time. And also you as a team member, you could also search and see what's the actual AI agent had their conversation last time. So your team members actually have like that unfair advantage as well because you can always see exactly what they knew. So let's have a little look example. So that means they can get people's details, book appointments, but they're more importantly when they call back, get their details. So how does that look? You could actually see, for example, in an interface, all the people that spoke to in the past. And it can even see very simple ways to see the conversation where it's like asking, you know, like you know, what's their name, got their name, get their e-mail. And then in the future when they call back, it's got the summary of the previous conversation. And you can see that they're actually calling straight away and greets them by name. And even if they forgot their appointment, it's able to like do that for you and actually check it straight away. So this is the advantage of having AI. It's able to really help you have a much better experience for your team members. So if you wanna see how that works for your business, have a listen to the calls. Hello, my name is Jess. From a best practices perspective 99% of rev tech company are approaching AI wrong
Especially AI SDR companies
Very few orgs are taking the time to deeply understand HOW GTM actually works at a fundamental level
So they try to use AI to "brute force" nuanced GTM problems
Which leads to the embarrassing AI content + AI emails we've all seen
Or massive spend with low ROI
That's why I'm excited to talk with JB Daguené ✊🇺🇦 about what he's doing at Evergrowth
He's building AI from a deep expertise in sales
Evergrowth actually started as a sales consultancy
And instead of just mindlessly throwing AI at problems, they've thoughtfully scaled the account based selling framework they've built over years of work.
I'm excited to share that in early October, I'll be talking with JB about his journey in sales, from IC to manager to consultant founder and now tech founder
We'll share our perspectives on how to win with account based selling
And how to use AI to scale up a thoughtful account based sales motion

Will AI take over sales jobs?
I've been seeing this discussion a lot on here and there seem to be 2 camps:
1. No, AI can't build a long term relationship so it will never replace sales
2. Yes, AI is way cheaper, more efficient and will get good enough, it's just a matter of time
I think it's neither of those.
I like to look at thing in terms of output vs input with the formula being:
Output = input x leverage
To me AI just looks like amazing leverage. It makes you faster, smarter...
So if we play this out, for every sales rep using AI they'll have a higher output (aka more sales) because they're using more leverage.
All things being equal, the same team will increase their output, they'll crush it compared to previous standards.
Why would you fire anyone on that team? Or replace them with AI?
It's not AI or Human, it's AI and Human.
And unless AI beats human + AI, which I don't see happening anytime soon, I don't think many sales rep will be getting fired because of AI.
Will AI capabilities eventually replace Sales Professionals?
Hi Everyone,
This is a follow up to my previous post. This time, I am offering my opinion to the question above.
As an experienced Sales Professional, I comprehend that sales is a complex field that involves building relationships, understanding customer needs, and often requires nuanced communication and negotiation skills that AI currently may not be great at (yet).
While AI can be great at data analysis or lead prioritization, the human element remains crucial in many sales interactions. Human sales professionals bring compassion, sympathy, empathy, sensitivity, intuition, and creativity to the table. These emotional qualities are difficult for AI to emulate humanly (at least, not yet). Additionally, many customers may research for solutions online, they still prefer to interact with a real person when making purchasing decisions, especially for high-value or complex products and services.
Instead of replacing Sales Professionals, AI is more likely to augment our capabilities. AI can free us from repetitive tasks and provide us valuable insights so we can work more efficiently and effectively.
So, rather than replacing Sales Professionals, AI could serve as a powerful tool in our arsenal, enabling us to elevate our performance and deliver greater value to our clients.
I'd love to hear your thoughts and insights on this topic.
Warm regards, 🙂
Andre Nguyen

The sales AI landscape is currently dominated by co-pilot solutions - AI that assists human reps but doesn't take the any action independently. But the real value of AI in business is starting to come from more autonomous – agentic AI.
Let me try to break down what I mean by that. If you look at the relationship between business value and AI autonomy, there's a clear trend. The more autonomy you give to the AI - the ability to take actions, handle complex tasks, and continuously improve itself - the more value it can drive for the business.
The reason is that co-pilots still require heavy human involvement and oversight. The human-AI partnership is so tightly coupled that you don't see the same multiplicative effects on productivity and efficiency.
On the other hand, AI agents that can take ownership of discrete business tasks and continuously optimize their own performance - that's where you start unlocking transformative value.
Your business will experience a generational jump in productivity when as your output is no longer tethered to human labor. Your growth will not be limited by the size of your sales team.
I'm curious to hear your take on this. What have you been seeing in terms of the evolution of sales AI and the balance between human and machine agency?

Unpopular opinion - AI will replace salespeople within the next five years
Correct? ✅
Wrong! ❌
AI is overtaking many functions and tasks
Selling will never be one of them.
The more ingrained AI becomes in our daily lives, the less we will trust it.
People buy off people, and there will be a greater demand for that human touch.
If you’re a human centric, client first, high integrity type of salesperson, then you will shine in 2030
One thing AI will never do is replace people
As long as we are human, we will seek human connections in the exchange of goods and services.
Am I right?

Doing this preparation before each call has been incredibly valuable:
- Understanding the client's target market and pain points
- Analyzing current marketing efforts and success metrics
- Identifying competitors and their strategies
- Setting clear goals for marketing initiatives
- Exploring potential lead gen strategies
This doesn't just help you in this one meeting, but sets you up for long-term success.
It becomes easier to onboard new team members, maintain consistent quality across all client interactions, and continuously refine your approach based on accumulated insights.
What else am I missing to learn before a big meeting?
Will AI replace sales reps?
Good sales reps, perhaps not. Mediocre ones, perhaps, very soon.
Sales, especially enterprise sales, will always remain the interaction between humans.
At least for some time in the nearest future.
However, what’s the reason to keep in your team a rep who can’t outpace AI in email writing, calls, follow-ups, overcoming objections, etc?
That’s it. If AI can do this, why bother keeping humans?
This may sound a little harsh, but this is the reality we live in.
Many tasks very soon will be performed by AI, freeing time for sales reps to concentrate on the primary goal – speaking with customers and solving complex questions.
This means that the same rep will be more efficient and will be able to handle more open deals in the pipeline simultaneously.
And this means that companies will be able to hit higher numbers with fewer people.
Is this a threat to top-performing folks? I think not.
Is this a threat to mediocre employees? Definitely.
What are your thoughts on this matter?
#b2bsales#accountexecutives#salesreps#AI
Some sales leaders are more interested in finding ways to replace SDRs and AEs with AI & automation
Then empower them with AI & automation
And it's a massive shame.
Technology is your friend but it can never replace a salesperson and it shouldn’t
What makes a sales people so valuable is the human-to-human connection
Which is worth its weight in gold
And is often the difference between a closed deal and a lost
Instead, you should be focusing on building a sales system that removes all admin or "low value" work
So your employees to spend time building connections
Build an AI-powered team, not AI replacements
What do you think?
