Samsung Electronics Samsung Display Shubham Mukherjee KS Choi Vipin Agrawal SAMSUNG LED QA55Q60AAKLXL Sr No: 301PRPL078120 Service no.4399506487 I must commend Samsung for the exceptional journey I've been on since purchasing your LED TV just over a year ago. The display decided to give up well before its time, despite the generous 36-month warranty you provide. Naturally, I thought I could rely on your world-class customer service team to help resolve this—but wow, was I #mistaken! After multiple attempts through your call center, social media team, and customer service, the lack of response has been astonishing. The consistent silence has really driven home how much you value your customers—truly #inspiring. I must say, this entire ordeal is making me wonder if buying a Samsung LED TV was the best mistake of my life. If possible, I’d love to see if someone could maybe, just maybe, look into this issue before the warranty expires. Or is that asking for too much? Eagerly awaiting your timely response... My TV has not been working for the past 3 weeks due to a dead display. It seems like #Samsung is arranging the parts directly from Korea at this point! Regards Aamod Phatak

Definitely don’t buy Samsung TV’s both I had failed after 4 years and the part required was no longer manufactured by SAMSUNG. The first Tv was covered under my paid for extended warranty $(600) and when I was provided the second one (which was a slightly damaged one and never went to a retail outlet) I was advised by accepting this one a new warranty for the same term would be extended. In good faith I did this and made notes of whom I spoke to and when. Subsequently the 2nd Tv only lasted 4 years and failed with again the part required not available by Samsung and then them saying that the 2nd Tv only has a warranty for 6 months. After 2 months of poor service when following this up and an overseas call centre with language barriers and understanding of the real situation and no responses to my questions asked for clarity , Samsung simply provide appauling service when their product fails or after sales service. A tv should last more than 4 years and parts be available . Shame on you SAMSUNG for taking advantage of consumers. #samsung electronics

#samsungservice #Qualitymatters #lifestyleproducts #servicestandards How Can Service Charges more than Product Cost??????? Recently my top-end television "Samsung Frame TV" got LED Display issue. I registered a complaint with the authorised service center. The visit was done and I was zapped with response given by technician. I purchased a Samsung The Frame TV, model QA55LS03AAKLXL (Serial Number: 0AKQ3PBR903300B), and my warranty expired on December 31, 2022. However, I never received any communication from the service or marketing teams about the option to extend the warranty, so I was unaware of this possibility. Since the day of installation, the TV has remained in the same location and has never been moved. I’ve only used dry cloths for cleaning, never damp ones. However, a week ago, I noticed a line appearing at the top of the screen and promptly registered a complaint through the authorized service center (Service Request Number: 4400691911, dated 16/09/2024). Unfortunately, I was extremely dissatisfied with how my issue was handled. The communication was unprofessional and lacking in empathy. I was informed that nothing could be done to repair the TV, and no explanation for the damage was provided. The only solution offered was a screen replacement, costing ₹92,000. This is deeply shocking and frustrating, especially given that the TV’s original purchase price was ₹80,000. It’s baffling that I’m being asked to pay more than the cost of the TV itself for a repair. Is this really the standard of quality Samsung stands for? In just under three years, I’m facing repair costs higher than my original investment. I’ve been using a Sony LED TV for over 12 years without a single issue. I chose Samsung because of its reputation as a leading brand in consumer electronics, particularly in TVs and ACs. I expected better from a premium lifestyle product like The Frame TV. This situation has left me questioning the product’s quality. I believe it’s only fair for Samsung to take responsibility for the quality of its products. If the damage was caused by mishandling on my part, I would accept responsibility. But it appears to be a product defect, and I should not bear the burden of this fault.

Dear Samsung India Aditya Babbar Vipin Agrawal samsungmobile Vikas Kapur Samsung Electronics, I would like to share a troubling experience regarding my Galaxy S22 Ultra. I purchased the device two years ago, and on September 17, I encountered issues with my phone getting stuck in a reboot loop and hanging frequently. On the morning of September 18, I visited the service center, where I was informed that the issue lies with the motherboard. The technician explained that the power supply to the motherboard should be 5 volts, but my device was only receiving 3.8 volts. They recommended replacing the motherboard at a cost of INR 42,000. Given that the resale value of the phone is around INR 40,000, I declined the repair. Upon searching online and within the Samsung community, I found that many users have reported similar motherboard issues with the S22 Ultra, particularly in August and September 2024. I request that you kindly investigate this recurring issue and provide a suitable solution, as I, along with many other loyal Samsung customers, place great trust in your products. Never buy Products of REALME This is my beneficial advice to Never Buy products of REALME brand . Think 100 times before buying and regretting it. There are 4 cases in which 32" & 40" Smart TVs of REALME Brand got Black line on display within 1 year without any external damage. I have requested a lot of times from the customer representative about the display problem and hanging problem but no hearing for the REALME Side and only regression i got from them . The same case happened with my Brother who bought 2 LED Smart TVs of REALME but their TVs also got display issues 1. within one year and 2nd in the 14th month of purchasing. One of my colleague also bought the 32 inches LED Smart TV of Realme and after 1 year of Usage the TV screen got Black lines over the screen and their money got into the waine. I am posting this post to help and suggest all my LinkedIn friends to be aware of REAPME TVs. Their LED have only 6 months - 1 year lifecycle after 1 year the TV will got display proble or Hanging problem. Thanks and regards Owner of 3 REALME LEDs #REALME #REAL_ME #ConsumerElectronics #FMCG

Ah, a story of a planning failure @ Samsung. I was interested in the Samsung Galaxy Ring. I reserved it along with the sizing kit. They charge for the ring along with the sizing kit all at once. Once I received the sizing kit, I went to order and realized they don't have inventory of the size I'd need. Waited two weeks to see if it was a blip and, meanwhile, attempted to contact customer support twice with no follow up. Just had to cancel my order and get a refund. Anyone actually get one? #customerexperience #samsung #galaxy

Using Samsung Electronics OEM chargers with your Samsung device is a smart move for a bunch of reasons. They're made to fit perfectly, so you won't have any compatibility headaches. Plus, they're super safe since they go through all sorts of tests to make sure they won't fry your phone. You'll notice they charge your device efficiently without any overheating issues thanks to GaN charging, keeping your battery in top shape. Another perk is that using an OEM charger could keep your warranty intact, which is handy in case anything goes wrong. And let's not forget, they're built to last, so you won't have to worry about them falling apart after a few charges. . . . #Samsung #OEM #Quality #GaN #ChooseOEM
