Dear Samsung India Samsung Electronics Team, I am writing to escalate a serious issue regarding my Samsung refrigerator, which is still under warranty. Despite five service visits and the replacement of the PCB five times, the problem persists. This repeated failure to fix the issue is causing significant inconvenience and frustration. Issue Details: Product: Samsung RT-51CG662BB1/465 LTR REF Purchase Date: 21/10/2023 Service Request Numbers: 4400367951 Nature of Issue: Repeated PCB failures/replacements and inability to resolve the underlying problem. Previous Interactions: Despite replacing the PCB five times in the last five visits, the refrigerator remains non-functional. After multiple attempts through your call center, social media team, and customer service, the lack of response has been astonishing. I must say, this entire ordeal is making me wonder if buying a Samsung LED TV was the best mistake of my life. If possible, I’d love to see if someone could maybe, just maybe, look into this issue before the warranty expires. Or is that asking for too much? Eagerly awaiting your timely response... I want a detailed understanding as to what is the exact issue in writing or through email as to the exact cause as many samsung phone are facing such issues. I am no satisfied with the resolution given by them, so had raised the matter to Senior Escalation team and management tream Samsung through email, but no reply from their end I am still waiting for a resolution on the same, failing to do so will have to escalate to further regulations. Samsung being the no I brand must address their customer issues on priority basis and give a satisfactory resolution to the problem. Dear Samsung India Aditya Babbar Vipin Agrawal samsungmobile Vikas Kapur Samsung Electronics, I would like to share a troubling experience regarding my Galaxy S22 Ultra. I purchased the device two years ago, and on September 17, I encountered issues with my phone getting stuck in a reboot loop and hanging frequently. On the morning of September 18, I visited the service center, where I was informed that the issue lies with the motherboard. The technician explained that the power supply to the motherboard should be 5 volts, but my device was only receiving 3.8 volts. They recommended replacing the motherboard at a cost of INR 42,000. Given that the resale value of the phone is around INR 40,000, I declined the repair. Upon searching online and within the Samsung community, I found that many users have reported similar motherboard issues with the S22 Ultra, particularly in August and September 2024. I request that you kindly investigate this recurring issue and provide a suitable solution, as I, along with many other loyal Samsung customers, place great trust in your products. 🤬 Very Disappointed with Samsung! 🤬 I bought the Neo G9 Gaming Monitor from Samsung's official website for a huge amount of ₹2,08,050 (IMIE: 0QQUHNTX700038). But just 2-3 days after delivery (23rd Nov 2024), the monitor started showing black spots on the screen. How can a product this expensive have such poor quality? This is completely unacceptable! To make things worse, when I contacted Samsung Customer Care and shared all the details (Case ID: 4405174664), I got no proper solution. They didn’t offer any real help, and there’s no replacement option on the Samsung website. Is this how you treat customers who trust your brand? 😡 I have been a Samsung customer for years, but this experience has broken my trust completely. I don’t even want a replacement now. I DEMAND A FULL REFUND. I will never buy or recommend a Samsung product again after this terrible experience. Ah, a story of a planning failure @ Samsung. I was interested in the Samsung Galaxy Ring. I reserved it along with the sizing kit. They charge for the ring along with the sizing kit all at once. Once I received the sizing kit, I went to order and realized they don't have inventory of the size I'd need. Waited two weeks to see if it was a blip and, meanwhile, attempted to contact customer support twice with no follow up. Just had to cancel my order and get a refund. Case Study .. Closer Home --------------------------------------------- Dear friends I am reposting my own post .. This time from a different perspective altogether.. Take it as a case study .. You don't have to go far to an Ivy League Institution to crack it .. I am sharing some critical takeaways with you .. Communication: ------- Many of you teach this . Many of you are content creators . Look at the complete failure of communication here .. The moment I uploaded the post , Someone at Samsung India should have picked it up suo moto, reached out and given a response. None .. If not them ,one of their devoted customers could have sounded them .None . Some of you have been kind enough to DM me some details. I am truly grateful to them . They care .I have their names .. If they agree , I will reveal that too .. Based on that I sent a couple of emails to Samsung Executives .There was a reply.. More of a formality.. They took my number.. Noone called . Complete failure of communication from their end . Brand : ---------- Many of you teach Brand consciousness.. I also do .. And I consider it a very critical factor.. For companies, as also for individuals . You are a witness to how their brand value got eroded. With thousands of friends seeing and commenting on the post .. And don't forget , you pay for the brand , advertisement cost ,which are added to the production costs .. Quality: ---------- I have written in the original post that most of my fridges of other brands lasted for more than ten years ..( actually two of them our very own home grown products ) And here this one is .. No questions asked policy : --------- That's what several leading companies do . A customer raises an issue, she/ he is offered an exchange.. To maintain customer delight .. Alternatives : --------- Market is flooded with competing products .. Samsung lost a couple of customers who in turn will dissuade many more . Repair: _________ I could have got it done .But the technician said there is no guarantee it will work (Some inert gas had to be filled and coil replaced ).Since I can afford it , I decided for a new product . Many can't or won't. Consumer Court : ______________. This may happen in some cases . I have done it . But this time around , I do not have the time and patience .. Someone else may find deficiency in services and products and sue them .. Another hit at the brand value .. Since media and social media are very active now .. Trust : _____. Consumer Trust is very sacrosanct for a company.. Once this goes , they lose .. And they lose heavily..Samsung India need to train their staff better Training: ______. Training Need for Samsung staff stands identified.. Hope you find this real life case study insightful.. I am going to order a new fridge tomorrow 655 litres .. Side by side doors .. But another brand ..
Dear LinkedIn family Can someone please help me .. My expensive Samsung India Fridge has been giving trouble for the last one year and finally has become unusable in less than seven years .. Compressor is guaranteed though for ten years .. I would like to write to the CEO of Samsung Seoul .. All my earlier fridges lasted for more than ten years ( Different brands ) and were finally exchanged in working condition.. I tried searching for CEOs mail id/ contact details but could not locate them .. Finally decided to take it up on this platform as it is a product related issue .. And there are deficiencies in a world renowned product .. Thanks for your help and patience in advance
