Dear Samsung India Samsung Electronics Team, I am writing to escalate a serious issue regarding my Samsung refrigerator, which is still under warranty. Despite five service visits and the replacement of the PCB five times, the problem persists. This repeated failure to fix the issue is causing significant inconvenience and frustration. Issue Details: Product: Samsung RT-51CG662BB1/465 LTR REF  Purchase Date: 21/10/2023 Service Request Numbers: 4400367951 Nature of Issue: Repeated PCB failures/replacements and inability to resolve the underlying problem. Previous Interactions: Despite replacing the PCB five times in the last five visits, the refrigerator remains non-functional.
