As Global Customer Service Week approaches, many organizations engage in friendly competitions over celebrations, treats, and themed attire. While these activities are enjoyable, it’s vital to redirect our focus toward the customer. Why do we reserve our best efforts for this one week, only to revert to standard practices for the rest of the year? Customer excellence should be a daily commitment. If we consistently approach customer interactions with the same enthusiasm we demonstrate during this week, we will see a marked reduction in complaints.
