🏆 In the next few days, one of the most anticipated mobile esports events will kick off! This year, the M6 World Championship will bring together the best Mobile Legends: Bang Bang teams for a $1,000,000 clash in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This year, in collaboration with MOONTON GAMES, we’re excited to introduce the M6 CO-STREAMERS LEADERBOARD. The top 30 co-streamers of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang’s premier esports event will receive cash prizes at the end of the tournament. The leaderboard will rank co-streamers based on their total hours spent co-streaming the event. It will be publicly available on Esports Charts' “M6 World Championship” page! In recent years, the MLBB World Championship has shown remarkable viewership growth. In January 2021, the peak viewership reached 3 million concurrent viewers, while in December 2023, it soared to over 5 million. Given the strong performance and growth of regional MLBB leagues this year, there’s a good chance we’ll see another record-breaking peak during this event. However, the big question remains—can M6 rival the viewership numbers of this year's LoL Worlds? #esports #M6 #MLBB #Moonton #collaboration

🔥 September 2024 was the most eventful month of the year for esports, with five different tournaments surpassing a million concurrent viewers at peak. Let's break down the viewership highlights: 🔹 #MPL Indonesia Season 14 led the month, peaking at 2.22M concurrent viewers. 🔹 #LCK Summer Finals and Regional Finals 2024 drew impressive peaks 1.6M and 1.8M, respectively. 🔹 Rounding out the top were Dota 2 The International 2024 (1.5M) and LoL Worlds 2024 (1.4M). 🏆 September saw an increase in the number of tournaments reaching over a million concurrent viewers compared to August. This year, only two events per month have typically exceeded that milestone—except for March and August, when we saw four million peaks. The “weakest” month of esports viewership was February, when not a single tournament attracted a million viewers. 🎖 The remaining months of the year promise to be even more eventful, with several major esports events on the horizon. The favorites to set the highest viewership peak figures and potentially break new records include Worlds and M6. Which one will claim the top spot? #esports #livestreaming #viewership #esportsindustry #videogames #livestreaming

Road to #ICE 2024: #LatAm a growing #esports market On the road to ICE, iGB will prep you for the biggest show of 2024 with this new series covering the latest developments since 2023's show. The status of the esports market is set to be a key talking point at ICE 2024 and, while in many ways it has lost the momentum of its surge during the Covid-19 pandemic, LatAm is one region that is continuing to show positive esports growth. #Brazil, being the continent’s most populous country, stands the highest in potential forecasts, with #Mexico also predicted to contribute heavily to revenues projected to be as high as $300m across the continent by 2027. Esports giants such as Unikrn, Stake and Rivalry are all making moves in the region and LatAm looks to be on the way to becoming one of the dominant global esports markets with increasing competition. This is helped by the emergence of top LatAm organisations, such as FURIA and MIBR from Brazil, all of which have the potential to turn it into one of the esports world’s most exciting opportunities.
