Over time, wellness has encompassed a broader understanding of living a healthy, balanced life, including physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. To celebrate Physical Wellness Month, you can engage in various activities to enhance your physical well-being. These include incorporating at least 30 minutes of exercise into your daily routine, and participating in the 30-day water challenge to stay hydrated and cut down on unhealthy beverages. It's also a time to focus on getting enough sleep, managing stress, and maintaining a positive outlook on life.
