Sending 3424 applications? It's not f*ckin going to work. Here's why - The job search process is flipped. Cold applications are dead - stop trying to revive them. Your dream job is probably not a cold application. Your best paying job is probably a referral from a friend or new Linkedin connection. I speak from experience, plus hundreds of people I've spoken to on Linkedin and in real life. If you do 1 thing today - send 50 connection requests to 50 new people. Just say hi, literally say Hello. Or dont, but once you have a connection accepted, have a conversation. Start the conversation, ask questions, share what you're looking for. Be specific. SHARE SHARE SHARE Being quiet and sitting in front of the feed - NOT a strategy. It's a recipe for depression.
