We are pleased to announce that TTE has partnered with amiga - Career Center for Internationals (Munich), a career center providing services to international talent and companies in Munich. Diana, Philippe and Paula from our TTE Strategy team recently met with the amiga team for an insightful workshop on supporting international careers. Despite significant progress, there are still considerable hurdles for international talent entering the German job market. Language, bureaucracy and the mentality of companies are a few examples - there are numerous opportunities for companies to better position themselves to attract, hire and retain international talent. By sharing personal experiences from our team and our TTE company journey in the field of diversity, we had a fruitful and enriching diversity dialog which will be just the beginning. There are already many ideas on how our collaboration with amiga can continue to grow. Indeed, fantastic to see the INPACE team together in action. Cooperation among strong coordinating teams brings great potential and coherence. Having policy and tech in one room is always challenging but we have to go through complex processes in order to make sure that the regulatory aspects move into the haart of software and hardware design as well as in common (5G and 6G) architectures. The policy and regulation is now an integral part of the engineering process, no longer an afterthought. Thank you Franck Le Gall and Monique Calisti for inviting me to attend this important Symposium, important because Europe can learn from South Korea, Japan, India and Singapore in the closer interwoveness of government and technology and the focus on excellence.
