Replicability and dissemination EU projects is an issue already highlighted by The EUROPEAN COURT OF AUDITORS in the "Special report 24/2023: Smart cities – Tangible solutions, but fragmentation challenges their wider adoption". An example of this lack of replicability is that is fairly standard for any project funded by Horizon 2020 that not all deliverables are available to public. "This is a confidential deliverable, as such the full deliverable is not available to the public." In my opinion it's inconceivable that Eu project results, funded by public resources, are not available for all, this goes against every principle of replicability. What do they say European Commission's offices on this?
