🌟 CAN WE TALK ABOUT HR FOR A SECOND? (AND WHY IT NEEDS A BIG CHANGE) Traditional HR? It's all about work performance, right? But here's the thing, folks: focusing solely on that misses a huge piece of the puzzle. We all get it: a happy, healthy team is a productive one. But how often do we truly prioritise our employees' mental health, work-life balance, and supportive work environments? Let's be honest. How many times have we seen burnout, stress, and disengagement because of the relentless push for performance? 🙄 It's a bit ironic, isn’t it? We're pushing for peak performance while ignoring the very foundation that supports it: our team's well-being. So, here’s a little experiment I’m proposing. What if we truly invest in our people's mind, body, and soul? Imagine an HR approach where mental health resources are a given, flexible schedules are the norm, and support is more than just a buzzword. Could we see a happier, more engaged, and yes, more productive team? I’m betting we would. But hey, don’t just take my word for it. I am trying it out. I’ll be back with my findings soon. Promise. ✌️
