What is financial inclusion? Does it mean fair and equal access to financial services like banking and credit? Or does it mean shared economic prosperity where a rising tide lifts all boats, and not just yachts? I love this topic because it begs more questions than answers, provided you are curious. It also yields a different response, depending on who or what you ask. This is precisely the reason why I am attempting to source opinions and learn about financial inclusion online. In my POV, financial inclusion, like sustainability or ESG, carries with it the risk of being reduced to a buzzword and becoming lost in the corporate lexicon. This is partly because financial inclusion, no matter how broad or useful its definition, does not include everyone's shared reality. Have there been any experiences or resources that have particularly impacted your understanding of financial inclusion? If so, I would love to know! #financialinclusion #fintech #financialtechnology #finance #innovation #financialempowerment #financialwellness #personalfinance #financialplanning #moneymanagement #wealthmanagement #financialliteracy #budgeting #financialgoals #savings #investing
