Happy Thanksgiving! 🍂🦃 Today, we're thankful for all the things that keep our world turning. But most of all, we're grateful for the people behind the scenes—the ones who make it all work, day in and day out. To everyone solving problems no one else even knows exist, finding creative workarounds when the usual way doesn’t cut it, and managing more responsibilities than one person should have to: we see you, and we're thankful for you. This kind of work doesn’t always get the spotlight it deserves, but today, let's take a moment to recognize the hard work, late nights, and quick thinking that keeps everything running. You make the impossible happen, and we’re cheering you on every step of the way. So while you take a well-deserved break (we hope!), know that we’re grateful for your efforts—not just today, but every single day. – – – – – #Thanksgiving #Gratitude #BehindTheScenes #ThankfulForYou #Teamwork

Monday after Thanksgiving, are we still feeling thankful, or are we back into the weekly routines and the feeling has faded? Let's pause for a moment and flip the script gratitue. Yep, we are thankful for family, friends, the good things, as well as the challenges in life; all of which are super important. But, how often do we take a second to be grateful for ourselves? Think about it. You have shown up, put in the work, and kept pushing forward, often when you do not feel like it. That takes grit. That takes heart. And it is worth celebrating. Take a step back and look at the journey you have been on, heck look back to when you were 18. Would that version of you believe where you are today? The successes, the challenges you have overcome, the growth you have experienced, and the impact you are making (personally and professionally)? Let's not just be grateful for the people and things around us, let’s be thankful for the person in the mirror. You are doing the work, making a difference, and that is something worth celebrating. #GratitudeJourney #ThankfulForGrowth #CelebrateYourself #ThanksgivingReflection #KeepShowingUp

Life is all about being grateful for what you have now Be Grateful for What You Have, Not Just What You Want We often get caught up in complaining about what we don't have, ignoring everything that's already in our hands. But the reality is, Gratitude isn’t about giving up on your goals, it’s about appreciating what you have while working for what you want. → Ate food today? Be thankful - someone else didn't. → Slept well? Be thankful - someone else doesn't have a roof. → Got a loving partner or family? Be thankful - someone out there is craving for love. → Have a job, no matter the pay? Be thankful - someone else is still struggling to get hired. Stop asking "Why don’t I have what they have?" Focus on your own journey. What’s meant for you will come - just be patient. Even that glass of water you're drinking is a blessing, so appreciate it, That’s all I had to say. Drop a comment if you think I missed something important. Thanks for reading. Follow Shezan Ahmed Happy Monday!

Thank you to my family, friends and professional network for celebrating my birthday with me yesterday. I had to take some time to reflect before posting this message, so bare with me as I got a lot to be thankful for. 32 Tested Me Like Job in the Bible, But 33 Is My Year of Alignment and Focus 🙏✨ Turning 32 felt like stepping into the hardest season of my life. I was tested in ways that reminded me of Job in the Bible—stripped of comfort, facing challenge after challenge, and pushed to my limits emotionally, professionally, and spiritually. 💔 It was a year that made me question everything, but it also taught me invaluable lessons about resilience, faith, and purpose. 💡 Now, as I celebrate my 33rd year 🎉, I’m stepping into a season of alignment and focus. Last year was about survival, but this year is about thriving—moving forward with clarity, intentionality, and a renewed sense of purpose. 🌟 The trials of 32 showed me that adversity is often preparation for something greater. 🌱 The lessons I’ve learned have built a strong foundation for the growth and opportunities this next chapter will bring. To anyone in their own “Job season”: know this—the tests don’t last forever, and they have a way of refining you for what’s next. 💪 As I embrace 33, I’m committed to aligning my actions with my values and focusing on living with purpose and impact. 🧭 Here’s to a year of alignment, focus, and transformation. Let’s make it count! 🚀

This Thanksgiving weekend, I’ve been reflecting on the power of gratitude—in life and in work. Gratitude shifts our focus from what’s missing to what’s already here, fueling personal growth and professional success. In my journey, I’ve learned that a simple “thank you” can spark collaboration, deepen connections, and even transform challenges into opportunities. As we close out the year, it’s worth asking: Who or what has shaped your journey this year? How can you express gratitude through action? Gratitude isn’t just a feeling; it’s a tool for building meaningful relationships and fostering growth. To everyone who’s been part of my year—thank you. What are you most grateful for this season?

Recruiting and life share a lot of similarities. One big similarity is that both are full of ups and downs. Once you think things are under control… The bottom falls out and you have to figure out a way to win. 💡 Thanksgiving leads to gratitude and gratitude gives perspective. 🔑 The key here is being thankful which means giving thanks in all circumstances. Had we not practiced thanksgiving… We would have stopped having children after two early term miscarriages. An ultimatum choosing between my side hustle at the time or building someone else’s company would have been viewed as an obstacle instead of the opportunity it was to build Rapido Talent. Matt Miller getting laid off could of been viewed as a setback instead of a setup for us to team up. There’s certainly a lot to be thankful for this year and this picture tells it all. Above all, I want to give thanks to God for opening incredible doors and providing grace and wisdom when I’ve needed it most. Wouldn’t have any of what is pictured here without Him. Remember to give thanks to enter into gratitude this Thanksgiving 👊😎 #thanksgiving #gratitude #perspective #rapidotalent

Ever thought about what fuels our engines in the world of business? Gratitude. It's not just nice to have. It's an essential gear in the success machine. Imagine walking into your office each day, fueled by a genuine sense of thankfulness. For every opportunity. For every challenge that makes you stronger. For every team member who shows up ready to give their best. In the fast paced world of commercial real estate, gratitude might seem like a luxury. But it's actually a necessity. Every deal closed, every milestone reached, and every partnership formed starts with a foundation of gratitude. → Gratitude for the trust clients place in us. → Gratitude for the resilience and determination of our team. → Gratitude for the lessons learned from every setback. And as we gather with family and friends for Thanksgiving, it's the perfect time to reflect on what we're truly thankful for. But why stop there? Shouldn't every day be Thanksgiving in disguise? Let's carry this spirit of appreciation beyond the turkey and into our daily lives. So today, I challenge you: ↳ Think about what you're thankful for. ↳ Share it with someone. ↳ Let that gratitude guide your actions. Happy Thanksgiving, folks! Now tell me, what are you thankful for?
