Frustrating Experience with Kotak Mahindra Bank - Lien Marked Without Prior Notification I would like share and address this issue to public as Pathetic Bank and Experience Since 365 days on Going issue To Kotak Mahindra Bank, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the ongoing issue I have been facing for over a year. As a loyal customer since 2018, I was shocked to find that in November 2023, a lien was suddenly placed on my account without any prior notice or explanation from your side—no emails, phone calls, or messages were sent to me beforehand. I visited the Kharadi and Viman Nagar Sakore Nagar branches in Pune several times, only to be told that the lien was related to a mutual transaction. However, the lien remained on my account, and despite my repeated visits and continuous follow-ups with your customer service and branch managers, the issue remains unresolved to date. Timeline of events: November 2023: Lien marked on my account without prior notice. 3 months of unresolved communication: Multiple visits to the branches and contact with customer care, following the guidance provided by the branch managers, have not led to any resolution. *365 days unresolved* - No investigation or follow-up on the matter, leaving me in frustration and uncertainty. This is the worst experience I’ve had with Kotak Mahindra Bank, and I strongly urge you to give this issue immediate attention and resolve it as soon as possible. Facing service issues with Axis Bank! 1️⃣ Unable to update my mobile number for my Axis Bank credit card despite multiple attempts. 2️⃣ After discussing the issue with the Phone Banking and Credit Card Cancellation team, I was advised to visit the nearest branch for resolution. Today, I visited the #DeltaAxisBankbranch in Bhubaneswar, where the staff attempted to update my number but informed me of a name mismatch in the Axis Bank database. 🧐 Surprisingly, my name is printed correctly on the credit card! If that's the case, why is there a mismatch in the database? This kind of glitch is unacceptable for a reputed bank. The entire process has been extremely time-consuming and frustrating. I did not expect such poor service and lack of attention to detail from Axis Bank. 👉 Request: Please resolve this issue at the earliest and ensure that such errors don’t happen again. It is more than a month, submitting required documents, for opening a current account with Porur, Chennai branch of Axis Bank Bank and till today it is neither opened nor clear reasons spelt out for the inordinate delay in opening. Neither the branch Manager is contactable as there is no contactable number nor escalating to known higher ups are yielding results. My initial contribution of Rs. 40000 has gone out of my Savings Bank account by 3rd June 24 (we are on 18th Jun) and sitting in a float account. Iam losing financial interest on this amount as my current account is not active. SLA' s are in paper that current account will be opened within 3 days.Reality is totally different. There are 3 more banks asking me to submit the docs, but since I don't require more than one current account I have been waiting patieeeeently. AXIS BANK has not been customer centric. May be only large corporates are treated as customers. State Bank of India I am holding a saving and current accounts with SBI Warasiya Branch(Branch code: 10971), City: Vadodara, State: Gujarat. I gave them a request for change spelling of "Gujarat" and "pincode:390022" as per my KYC documents. They changed it in their system but in my internet banking it is not changed yet. I already visited the branch for so many times for the same reason but there was not a solution, even your staff sending me from one counter to another. This is literally harassment. Kindly recruit technically sound employees which can handle your entire system properly. It clearly shows inefficiency and lack of knowledge of the staff. I requested them to talk with customer support team from my registered mobile but they denied. Different branches are using different SOP's for routine work. Kindly take a sample of any 1000 customers of any branch and ask them for their branch experience fairly, 50 percent of the customers are not satisfy with the response and service of your employees. #fraudalert Kotak Mahindra Bank, #kotakhyderabad Forced Loans & Poor Customer Service: A Shocking Experience with Kotak Mahindra Bank I want to share a deeply concerning incident I recently faced with Kotak Mahindra Bank that highlights unethical practices and severe gaps in their processes. Despite explicitly declining a loan offer, a Kotak employee( Sandya S, sales team) insisted she needed my OTP to "close the loan application."To my shock, a loan was disbursed into my account against my will! When I raised this issue with customer care( Sanathan Panda), they were unable to track who initiated the disbursal without employeeID and asked me to share employee ID of the person I was dealing with. But Mr. Sanathan Panda and Komal Raj, did not share their employee ID's when requested to be sure that I am talking to a right team. This blatant lack of accountability is alarming. What’s even worse is the painful loan cancellation process, which has been nothing but a massive headache, adding stress and wasting my valuable time. Why are customers forced into such situations, and why is the system enabling this? I urge the leadership at Kotak to address this immediately and ensure no other customer goes through this ordeal. Hi All, Is anyone aware of any HDFC fastag Or Bluedart SCAM going on in the Pune region?Any contact where grievance can be filed for the same if it is going on? Recently I purchased a HDFC fastag on 08/03/2024. Today is 27/04/2024, but still I have not received it. The fastag which I purchased is Full KYC and paid from my side. I received a msg of HDFC fastag delivered but physically no one has delivered it to me. How come a banking product is marked as delivered without the physical delivery of the banking product? I have tried calling the customer care of the Bluedart and HDFC Fastag team also, but no updates received on the call or mail. I have received the worst service, worst communication and worst experience. The customer care executive or managers are only interested in ratings not in solving the issues. No call backs received nor any mail received for solutions. It is almost more than 1 month and 15 days for the issue. Multiple tickets generated by Calls and mails. How come no action is taken I am really unaware? How come tickets are open for more than one month? How are they closing the tickets without solutions to the customers? Anyone facing the same issue or knows how to escalate the issue and get the solution for the same. Is there some kind of SCAM going on? I am really not sure.
