🚨 From Chaos to Control: Solving My Biggest Gym Management Problem 🚨 When I opened my first gym in 2013, managing access without staff was a huge headache. I started with a basic push-button lock—changing codes manually and dealing with tons of frustrations. Then, I upgraded to key fobs and thought I’d found the solution... until members started losing them and, worse, sharing them! 🤦♂️ I realized I needed something better, more secure, and a LOT more manageable. That’s when I discovered mobile phone access technology and it was a game-changer. Imagine a system where members use their phones to unlock the gym—no fobs to lose, no chance of sharing. It solved everything… almost. Turns out, that system didn’t integrate with my gym management software, and I still found myself buried in spreadsheets. Fast-forward to 2020: With a stroke of luck (and a little pandemic-induced downtime), my computer science graduate son helped me develop a custom gym software solution. Now, members can join, sign waivers, pay, and gain access—all from their phones in less than 12 minutes.
