Our journey of “Becoming Her” 💅🩵 As we celebrate our 8th anniversary, we're excited to share the remarkable journey we've had, filled with learnings, growth, and of course, fabulous nails! From the very beginning, we have been on a mission to redefine beauty standards and empower women through our vegan, cruelty-free, and non-toxic nail products. Along the way, we've learned some valuable lessons that have shaped who we are today. One of the most important lessons we've learned is the power of community. Our amazing customers, supporters, and partners have been the driving force behind our success. Their feedback, suggestions, and love for our products have inspired us to constantly innovate and improve. Another key learning for us has been the importance of staying true to our values. We believe in transparency, sustainability, and inclusivity, and these values guide everything we do. Whether it's sourcing ingredients, designing new shades, or engaging with our community, we always strive to uphold these principles. We've also learned the importance of adaptability. The beauty industry is constantly evolving, and we've had to stay agile to keep up with changing trends and consumer preferences. This has led us to expand our product range, launch new collections, and explore new markets, all while staying true to our core values. But perhaps the most valuable lesson we've learned is the power of self-expression. We believe that nails are more than just a fashion statement – they're a form of self-expression, a way to showcase your personality and style. That's why we're committed to creating nail products that not only look great but also make you feel confident and empowered. As we look back on the past 8 years, we're filled with gratitude for everyone who has been a part of our journey. Thank you for your support, your feedback, and your love. We can't wait to see what the future holds as we continue to nail it with Ellement Co.! #Vegan #Anniversary #WomensDay #NailPolish #Business #NailCare

Grapevine is coming to Blackbird's Sunrise Festival ☀️ As many of you already know, the team at Grapevine are deeply engrained in the start-up ecosystem and believe in its capacity to do seriously awesome things. But, we also know that there’s a side to this ecosystem that needs to embrace meaningful change. That’s why we’re bringing real stories to the stage. Join me, 🍇 Emma Earley, 🍇 Kirstin Hunter, 🍇 Paloma Newton, and Lucy Wark as we unpack advice from stories of harassment, bullying, and abuses of power submitted by the Sunrise audience. This is where we need your help. If you’d like to share a story with us to discuss live at Sunrise, you can submit it to www.askthegrapevine.com with "Live at Sunrise" at the beginning of your submission. All stories discussed at Sunrise will have been pre-submitted, selected and de-identified. All stories will have explicit consent to be used on the Sunrise stage, and we will handle these stories with the same care and thought as we do with all our content. Read more on what that looks like in the comments. Grapevine takes our participation in events seriously. We choose to engage where we can have the most profound impact for good, ensuring every story shared helps to mould a better ecosystem. Join us in the conversation to make real change. #GrapevineLive #Sunrise2024

As we immerse ourselves in the festivities of Holi, I can't help but draw parallels between this vibrant celebration and the dynamic world of corporate endeavors. Here's how the essence of Holi beautifully mirrors the ethos of our corporate landscape: 💫Diversity in Colors, Diversity in Talents: Just as Holi brings together a spectrum of colors, the corporate world thrives on diversity. Our teams are a blend of individuals with varied backgrounds, skills, and perspectives, each contributing their unique hue to the canvas of innovation. 💫Unity in Diversity: Holi transcends barriers of caste, creed, and age, uniting people in a colorful embrace. Similarly, in the corporate sphere, diverse teams collaborate towards common goals, leveraging their differences to achieve remarkable outcomes. 💫Celebrating Relationships: Holi is not just about colors; it's about forging bonds, renewing friendships, and celebrating relationships. Likewise, in the corporate realm, fostering strong relationships—be it with colleagues, clients, or stakeholders—is paramount for success. 💫Embracing Change: Just as Holi heralds the arrival of spring and the promise of new beginnings, the corporate world is constantly evolving. Embracing change, adapting to new technologies, and innovating are crucial for staying relevant and competitive. 💫Resilience and Optimism: Holi teaches us resilience as we weather the challenges of water balloons and colored powder with a smile. Similarly, in the corporate journey, resilience, coupled with optimism, helps us navigate through obstacles and emerge stronger. 💫Joy in Small Moments: Holi reminds us to find joy in simple pleasures—be it smearing colors or relishing sweets. Likewise, in our corporate endeavors, it's important to cherish small victories, appreciate milestones, and create moments of joy amidst busy schedules. As we celebrate Holi, let's embrace its spirit of inclusivity, camaraderie, and joy in our corporate endeavors. Let's paint our professional canvas with the vibrant hues of diversity, unity, and resilience. Wishing everyone a colorful and prosperous Holi! May our corporate journey be as enriching and joyous as the festivities we celebrate. #Holi #CorporateWorld #Diversity #Unity #Innovation #Resilience #Celebration #LinkedInImpact #eygds #successmindset

TL;DR - Workplaces have a duty to prevent sexual harassment, below are the references to the relevant law and some resources. When reading this post by Grapevine, I realised many people may not be aware that senior leadership and HR teams have a positive duty to not only address sexual harassment claims, but to actively prevent it. So here is an easy breakdown (with references) to what this duty is. All references are to the Sex Discrimination Act 1984 (Cth) which can be found here: https://lnkd.in/gDdh93_v Any “employer” must make “reasonable and proportionate” measures to eliminate sexual harrasment (s 47C(1)) This likely means that larger organisations with larger budgets (and HR teams) have a higher standard than smaller businesses. “Sexual harassment” is defined as someone making an “unwelcome sexual advance”, “request for sexual favours” or acts in a “sexual nature”. (s 28A(1)) To judge whether something amounts to sexual harassment, courts will ask if a “reasonable person” would think there was a “possibility” that the victim would be “offended, humiliated or intimidated” by the offender’s actions (s 28A(1)) This means that a reasonable person thinks someone would DEFINITELY be offended, just that there is a POSSIBILITY of offence. This goes some way in addressing the defence of “I was just joking” that many people call on to excuse their actions. This duty includes a duty not to harm, or threaten to harm, any person who brings a complaint under the Act (s 47A). Respect At Work (Australian Human Rights Commission) does a great job providing resources to workplaces and individuals: https://lnkd.in/gae5Smzz For HR departments: https://lnkd.in/g5M378y2 For leadership: https://lnkd.in/gbjRY-Ab For individuals: https://lnkd.in/gNDNR8Wc
We’re approaching Grapevine’s one-year anniversary (born out of post-2023 SXSW), and while the stories we hear never get easier to read, they remain as important as ever to tell. A year in, we know the problems we first sought to fight are still present. That’s why we want to keep hearing them. Are we collectively getting better? We like to think so. We believe that what we set out to do is working. We still trust that sunlight is the best disinfectant, and by bringing language, advice, and attention to these issues, we’re playing our part in addressing them. But we’re also realists. We know there’s still a long road ahead before we see systemic change. So, we’re calling on you—our community—to share your stories. The ones you meant to but never got around to, the ones you think might be too small to matter, the ones that make your blood boil, the ones that made you feel bad, and the ones that made you feel good. Whether it’s an example of someone doing the right thing or the wrong thing, we want to hear it all. Because we’re not stopping. We’re here for you as your support system. Have a story to share? Visit askthegrapevine(dot)com to submit it for advice. Together, we’ll create a safe, inclusive working environment for all of us. Together, we'll drive change. *The stories published modify names and identifying details to maintain anonymity.

Our take on Singles Day? Celebrating single mittens! We’re surely not the only ones picking up our little ones from nursery, only to find one mitten left on the shelf. So, what do we do with that one lonely mitten? Throw it away? No way — that’s not sustainable! That’s why we're offering single gloves, so whether it’s the right or left that’s gone missing, you can replace it without buying a whole new pair. Good for the environment, and good for parents. 😊 #polarnopyret #singlesday #sustainability #environment

I have been at Enfuse Group for 2 years now and that time has flown. It has been an interesting journey going from industry to consultancy but I have enjoyed the process and love working for a brilliant company like Enfuse. The thing I am most proud of in this time is running our Project Management Fundamentals training. I've enjoyed being able to share my years of Project Management experience with others knowing the issues that most project managers face. It's had some great feedback and has hopefully added some value to our clients. How would you rate the project management your company currently does? #ProjectManagement #ManagementConsultancy
We're excited to celebrate another triple anniversary at Enfuse Group this month! 🎉✨ Kudos to Peter & Glenn, who have been with us for 2 years, and Lewis, who is marking his 5-year milestone! We deeply appreciate your dedication, enthusiasm, and unwavering commitment to our team. Cheers to many more successful years ahead! 🥳👏 #WorkAnniversary #WeAreEnfuse #ThankYou
