This week, I’ve been leading a deep dive into rethinking our social strategy, and we’re making a major shift. Instead of being sales-driven, we’re shifting our focus to be on building an engaged community. Some key learnings: 💡 Authenticity wins: People connect with stories and real value, not just products. 💡 Engagement over conversions: Genuine conversations build trust—and that’s priceless for long-term success. 💡 Value first: We’re shifting from “What can we sell?” to “How can we help?” and seeing stronger connections already. Excited for the journey ahead as we focus on community, connection, and long-term growth.

(IF I started building a loyal online community from day one...) I would invest every dollar beyond my living expenses into fostering genuine engagement and connections. Does it matter if you’re just starting out, have a niche audience, or limited resources? Sure. But I would want that effort to take me from being a forgotten brand to a trusted authority with a passionate following. Here’s the kicker – you can achieve sustainable growth and word-of-mouth marketing by prioritizing community over mere follower counts. People just don’t realize the long-term value of a dedicated community in driving consistent sales and brand loyalty. You will create lasting opportunities and exponential growth no matter what.
