✈️The rise of unruly and disruptive passenger behaviour is a growing concern for the aviation industry. As we gear up for the DISPAX World Conference 2024 and EATS 2024, we must critically examine whether our cabin crew are equipped to handle such challenges. ✈️At SecuriCare, we believe that training is key to managing conflict and enhancing safety on board. ✈️Our specialised training programmes provide airline crew with vital knowledge and skills to de-escalate conflicts effectively, allowing them to focus on what matters most: the safety of all passengers. ✈️By promoting effective communication and anger management techniques, we aim to minimise the risk of disruptive behaviour and improve the overall flying experience. #AirRage #AviationSecurity #DisruptiveBehaviour #CabinCrew #TransportSecurity #CrewManagement

Two bits of advice to anybody ever considering launching an aviation training academy. 1) It takes twice as long as you think. Then add 25% and you are still not ready to deliver training!! 2) NEVER launch at the start of a pandemic! I am late at finalizing the last part of an internal audit on the validity of Dynamic Advanced Training Training Service Agreements. Truth be told, I am struggling to find the motiviation so I decided instead to read the latest IATA report on the air passenger market. The RPK chart surprised me as I realized that the start of Covid is already and simultaneously only 4 years ago. Getting contracts in place and arranging for the very first training is time intensive. Malicious people can claim that a "rising tide lifts all boats" and possibly this is true, but we just signed 5 training contracts with smaller operators in the last 3 weeks and are preparing 2 more for client review and pretty much always rule 1) applies. Best crack on with finalizing the audit, but I feel like having a dip in the pool first. It is Eid holidays after all ... #airlines #aviation #cabincrewtraining #aviationtraining
