👯 When we are in sync our forces multiply and we transcend our human limits. ✂️ When we are out of phase, all our great work gets counteracted. 🏃♀️ Sometimes we are so eager to get started that we forget to align with our teammates, and lack of communication and coordination leads to wasted energy. 🥇When we consolidate on a shared vision and mission, and celebrate the same values, we lift each other to greater heights than we could ever achieve on our own. 💭 Is the dichotomy and distinction between individual achievement and collective success overstated, as all our own success involves other people? 🏆 For more on how to unleash our full potential, check out this free weekly newsletter: https://lnkd.in/eF4W8Z_i

Lessons from Rosabeth Moss Kanter: Share the Success 🔑 One of the key lessons I’ve learned from 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐚𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐡 𝐌. 𝐊𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 is the importance of sharing credit for success. When we celebrate the achievements of others, we foster an environment of support and collaboration rather than 𝒸ℴ𝓂𝓅ℯ𝓉𝒾𝓉𝒾ℴ𝓃. 🩷Here are her 𝐬𝐢𝐱 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐬 to sustained success: 1. Show Up: Be present and engaged. 2. Look Up: Stay inspired by future possibilities. 3. Speak Up: Share your ideas and insights confidently. 4. Team Up: Collaborate and leverage the strengths of others. 5. Never Give Up: Resilience is crucial in overcoming challenges. 6. Lift Others Up: Empower those around you to succeed. By elevating others, we can create a culture where everyone thrives. Thank you, 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐚𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐡, for your invaluable insights!

If you think about it deeply enough, the difference between “accountability” and “bureaucracy” boils down to a mix of attitude and culture.

Observing the rewards of hard work and dedication in others is truly inspiring – from the smallest acknowledgment to the highest achievements. Witnessing fellow professionals succeed fills me with genuine joy and motivation. However, it's disheartening to see top performers overlooked and their valuable contributions go unrecognized. As individuals who consistently go above and beyond, arriving early and staying late, offering unique insights and unwavering dedication, it's frustrating to receive minimal acknowledgment after years of commitment. But in the face of this adversity, our strength shines through. Let us not be defined by the lack of recognition, but rather by our resilience and determination. Together, let's raise our voices and demand the acknowledgment and opportunities we deserve. Our greatest achievements lie not in external validation, but in our unwavering belief in ourselves. Let's march forward with confidence, for our success is inevitable.

I love this chart below Brittany Whitman! Great way to explain the different visions.
I want to take a moment and recognize the great work that our Talent Acquisition team does to support our key talent needs. Erica Desrosiers - under your leadership the team has made tremendous progress! We often don’t take time to express gratitude, therefore I wanted to simply say keep up the great work!!!

We’ve all seen it before—a promising candidate passed over for a role because they didn’t quite “feel like the right fit,” or a deserving employee overlooked for a promotion due to unconscious biases lurking beneath the surface. These decisions, often made in the moment, can have long-lasting impacts on your organization’s culture, innovation, and reputation. At Woods Kovalova Group, we know that feelings and gut instincts are no longer enough when it comes to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. The stakes are simply too high. That’s why we’ve developed our Principled-Centered Insurgent Leadership Framework (https://lnkd.in/egkEMfi7), which emphasizes data-driven decision-making as the key to eliminating bias and fostering true inclusion within your organization.
