By involving youth in decision-making processes and empowering them with leadership skills, these groups help harness the energy and creativity of young people for peacebuilding.

It was recently developed by an educator with over 33 years of educational leadership in a global setting. It is being offered for the first time at BGU in the January 2025 term. This course was designed to expose you to the most prevalent and impactful issues in global educational leadership from across the globe. The specific issues and challenges are current and will change with each course offering to keep pace with the growing and ever-changing global educational leadership field. It will examine the contemporary issues and challenges that transformational education leaders face in the global education field at all levels to develop solutions and effective responses for Christian educators. Scholarship programme for children: a joint project with the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy For the second time, The ENEIDA Foundation has supported the project “Individual Trajectory of a Leader”, launched on the initiative of the [kma pro] Kyiv-Mohyla School of Professional and Continuing Education representatives. WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO! Since 2018, our drive to build, connect, and impact the next generation of young leaders in Zambia and across the region, has been driven from a heart of collective effort, sacrifice and a driven desire to see youth develop. Since 2020, we have been hosting the BeRelevant Youth Summit, and out of this convening, we have provided a solution-driven space for dialogue, networking and engagement to over 1000+ young people. Through our Leadership Academy, we have so far trained 600 young people in solution-driven leadership, this is without speaking of our Teens Leadership program that has empowered 100+ teens with skills for the 21st century. All this has been done not because we have a pull of sufficient funding, but because we have a heart to see a new generation of leaders emerge from the heartbeat of Zambia, ready for impact within their nation and beyond.

According to the National Center for Education statistics, while Texas has a larger percentage of Latino/as leading schools than at the national level, the percentage of Latino/a serving as school principals is still significantly lower than the percentage of Latino/a students in our schools. When we consider Latina school leaders in particular, research reported in the article, Marianismo and the changing role of Latinas in educational leadership, shows a "lack of affirmation, support, and mentorship which leads to the development of both conscious and unconscious self-doubt and imposter syndrome." The goal of our Suficiente: New Educational Leader Development Series is not only to support Latinas as they recognize and embrace their excellence, so imposter syndrome is silenced, but also, to equip our participants with the skills they need to succeed in their roles, when mentorship and development are not provided.
