Bhd. (GISB) under the Security Offences (Special Measures) Act 2012 (SOSMA). The use of SOSMA, designed to address serious national security threats, appears disproportionate in this case, which concerns alleged offences pertaining to deviant religious activities and abuses of children rather than offences pertaining to any serious criminal activities.
