As an equity designer, I've always believed in the power of representation and diverse perspectives. This training has not only equipped me with essential facilitation skills but has also deepened my understanding of equity and inclusion. A great reminder of why most sales organizations are 2X to 3X overstaffed. CEOs, it doesn’t matter how aggressive your goals are. This problem can be permanently solved by paying closer attention to how you hire, ramp, and develop your salespeople. Get back to perfecting basic blocking and tackling, and become your industry’s employer of choice. It’s always safer and more effective to derisk your growth strategy with the right training vs overhiring the wrong people. Especially when the training is unconditionally guaranteed to move the needle. If you missed your goals in ‘24, the right training can get you there in ‘25.
