Jess brings a wealth of experience to our team, with 12 years at Corteva Agriscience, where she became BASIS-qualified and provided expert advice to farmers and agronomists across her region. Most recently, she contributed to cutting-edge innovation at Fera Science Ltd, focusing on commercialising novel protein research. In her role at Agricarbon, Jess will be working closely with our clients to develop science-led projects that accurately measure soil carbon, playing a critical role in supporting the agricultural sector’s transition to net zero. “I’m excited to reconnect with farmers and the farming community—an area I’ve truly missed! I’m passionate about science and its role in addressing global challenges, so I’m thrilled to join a science-led organisation that puts evidence and rigour at its core.” Jess’ deep connection to the farming community, combined with her scientific expertise and enthusiasm for innovation, will make a tremendous impact as we continue to advance regenerative agriculture and soil carbon monitoring.
