Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized *Administrative Assistant* to join our team at Agro Green. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our business. Responsibilities: 1.⁠ ⁠General Administrative Support:   - Provide administrative support to various departments within the company.   - Assist in managing and organizing documentation and files. 2.⁠ ⁠Communication and Correspondence:   - Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.   - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. 3.⁠ ⁠Data Entry and Record Keeping:   - Maintain accurate records and databases.   - Assist in data entry and management tasks. 4.⁠ ⁠Office Management:   - Manage office supplies and inventory.   - Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the office space. 5.⁠ ⁠Assistance in Event Coordination:   - Support in planning and organizing company events and activities.   - Assist in coordinating internal meetings and training sessions. 6.⁠ ⁠Documentation and Filing:   - Prepare, edit, and proofread documents and reports.   - Organize and maintain filing systems. 7.⁠ ⁠Customer Service:   - Provide support in addressing customer inquiries and requests.   - Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications: •⁠ ⁠Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role. •⁠ ⁠Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). •⁠ ⁠Excellent organizational and time-management skills. •⁠ ⁠Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. •⁠ ⁠Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. •⁠ ⁠Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
