Our booking was confirmed and confirmation no is 10036384140 and reference ID is HMSHT638673751942897444. One week after the booking we have received an email that our booking has been cancelled. We have reached out to customer care but no response or update is there. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Can you please help and give an appropriate response. Harshita
