A successful day on site, #Troubleshooting continuous drainage issues for a client. A comprehensive drain survey. - Drain camera inspection using the Pipe.tv with built-in 512hz transmitting camera Sonde. - A 116khz Sewerin Transmitter strapped to the camera reel, with a stronger signal and higher frequency to track the deeper drains externally. - #sewerin Utilitrac to locate the position and depth of the transmitting #sonde to map the drain. - We use an 8mm #flexshaft and carbide cyclone chain to cut roots along the toilet drain connection to clear the view. - A baby drain camera reel with 14mm camera head is useful to get a camera through the toilet trap and into the drain, without having to remove the toilet pan. We mapped the drain position and depth throughout the property and found several damaged drain sections that have been the cause of regular blockages. Great news: PYROsmart® and PYROspy® now with FM Approval 🆕   The early fire detection systems of the PYROsmart® and PYROspy® series have now been certified in accordance with FM Approval FM3260. This makes the infrared thermography-based systems from "Orglmeister Infrarot-Systeme" the first with high-resolution infrared cameras to receive this international certification. The infrared thermography specialist was already a pioneer when it came to certification by the VdS; in 2019, the first systems from Orglmeister received VdS approval. The new certification makes it easier to use fire protection systems in markets where VdS recognition does not play a major role. This is particularly the case in the American market, but FM Approval is also frequently required in other markets around the world. Even in Germany, the importance of FM Approval is increasing in many sectors, such as the paper industry. Orglmeister works with various partners for extinguishing systems who also have FM Approval certification.
