A successful day on site, #Troubleshooting continuous drainage issues for a client. A comprehensive drain survey. - Drain camera inspection using the Pipe.tv with built-in 512hz transmitting camera Sonde. - A 116khz Sewerin Transmitter strapped to the camera reel, with a stronger signal and higher frequency to track the deeper drains externally. - #sewerin Utilitrac to locate the position and depth of the transmitting #sonde to map the drain. - We use an 8mm #flexshaft and carbide cyclone chain to cut roots along the toilet drain connection to clear the view. - A baby drain camera reel with 14mm camera head is useful to get a camera through the toilet trap and into the drain, without having to remove the toilet pan. We mapped the drain position and depth throughout the property and found several damaged drain sections that have been the cause of regular blockages. Now for some solutions 💪🏽🧱🗿 #drainlocation , #drainmapping using a #Draincamera and #radio #tracker

Clean Rooms provide a unique set of challenges when designing a fire detection system for them. Smoke detection is very dependent on air change rate, air velocity and room geometry. How does one minimise the impact of these factors? In addition, how can one maintain the fire detectors without compromising clean room integrity? The answer is by choosing ModuLaser. ModuLaser can detect fire very early, minimising damage to experiments and business disruption, as well as facilitating evacuation without compromising clean room protocols. Aspirating smoke detection efficiently identifies smoke in clean rooms, with a low incidence of false alarms, whilst all the fire detection equipment and test points are located outside for easy access/maintenance. Availability and features may vary by region. For more information regarding what ModuLaser can do for you, please contact your local Carrier Account Manager or visit https://lnkd.in/e-vt_cpg #firedetection #asd #aspiratingsmokedetection #airsense #edwards #modulaser

Google Gemini on Steroids Prompt: How to open a commercial duct clean out access panel? Gemini: Here are some tips for opening a commercial duct clean out access panel: Use a sticker: To make it easier to cut, you can stick the sticker that comes with the access door to the ductwork in between the ribs. Drill a hole: Use a battery drill to make a small hole on the edge of the sticker. Cut around the sticker: Use a jigsaw to cut around the edge of the sticker. Slot the access door in: Once you've cut around the sticker, slot the access door into the ductwork and tighten the hand wheels to ensure there are no leaks. NFPA 96 requires that duct access doors are installed at specific intervals for cleaning and inspection. The doors should be large enough to allow for thorough maintenance and placed strategically to ensure all parts of the ductwork are accessible.

Checking for breaches in existing roofs using electronic leak detection is more accurate when #TruGround Conductive Primer from Detec Systems is used directly below the roof membrane. Put it in during the design phase. Don’t allow it to be engineered out because you have a warranty. If you develop a leak, you can spend days, weeks, months, even years trying to find them. With the #TruGround and ELD it takes moments to locate the point of water intrusion.
