Hard lessons. New directions. Preston Thomas, Matias Gonzalez, and I have changed our startup. We were a little naive going into it last time. We picked a healthy market, with absolutely no experience or knowledge. Figured we could learn anything with enough time. That's probably true. However, you gotta move fast in a startup. Entering a market like that is like shooting yourself in the foot on race day. So we're starting with a problem this time! #startuplessonslearned

🥁 How to build a super successful business: Startups often face significant challenges in growing their business after reaching a certain height due to a variety of internal or external factors. Recently I read a superb book *"Make your own luck"*, where Mr. Bob Miglani and Mr. Rehan Yar Khan mentioned many turnaround stories of startups and how they created there own luck by choosing the hard path. One of the turnaround story is PharmEasy which have transformed business from just being a pharmacy aggregator to complete solution provider by focusing on 3 factors 1) Create a superb customer experience 2) Create value for everyone in the entire ecosystem. 3) Build a moat around their system so others would have a difficult time copying them.
